In July 2026, our incredible community of 111 Roots Champions came together with one shared purpose, to create brighter futures through education. What began with a fundraising goal of ₹4 lakhs turned into an extraordinary achievement, as together we raised an incredible ₹10,70,166.

Throughout the month, our Champions ran, cycled, swam, fundraised, and shared their stories, helping us spread awareness and inspire people across communities to support our mission.

July was also about taking our mission directly to children. We organised Inter-School Drawing and Essay Competitions across four schools, giving students an opportunity to showcase their creativity, share their ideas, and express their dreams with confidence.

At Roots Foundation, we have always believed that collective action can create lasting change. The incredible support we received during July 2026 helped us continue our work towards girl child education, better learning opportunities, and stronger communities across Uttarakhand.

Together, we didn’t just achieve a fundraising target—we exceeded it, brought communities together, celebrated young talent, and created opportunities for a brighter future.
